Supreme Gainers combines fast-absorbing (whey) and slow-absorbing (casein) proteins rich in BCAAs. It is also composed of a complex of carbohydrates and a low-fat content, only 8g per serving (320g).
The proteins contained in this formula are obtained exclusively from whey, which has a very similar composition to the human muscle. Its digestion is faster, allowing an efficient protein synthesis at the muscular level. This type of protein is the most effective in preventing fatigue and maintaining muscle tissue, preventing its post-workout degradation and promoting a unique increase in muscle strength and mass.

How to use?
Take one serving (8 scoops) a day. Take ½ portion (4 measures - 160g) 30-40 minutes before strength training and ½ portion (4 measures - 160g) immediately after training, or take ¼ portion (2 measures - 80g) 4 times a day - half of the morning, before training, after training and at bedtime. To prepare ½ portion, dilute four shallow measures in 640ml of water and to prepare ¼ portion dilute two shallow measures in 320ml of water.
