What you need to know

Episodes of stress or anxiety?

Stress is a condition resulting from physical or mental overload. Prolonged exposure to stress can unbalance the mental and physiological state, leading to other illnesses such as depression, high blood pressure, heart disease, and metabolic disorders. Such conditions, rooted in mental or emotional factors, are rapidly increasing and emerging as major global diseases. It is not surprising, therefore, that an increasing fraction of the population is looking for solutions to overcome stress these days.

Stress Support GoldNutrition® Clinical is a complete formula designed to reduce anxiety, improve mood, and control stress levels, using the synergy of various nutrients with proven evidence in this field.

Stress Support GoldNutrition® Clinical contains Ashwagandha, GABA, L-Theanine, Vitamin B6, and Magnesium. Ashwagandha is a medicinal plant used in Ayurvedic medicine in cases of stress, nervous exhaustion, insomnia, and memory loss, and to improve cognitive function. GABA is a neurotransmitter with an inhibitory function in the central nervous system which is essential in sleep processes, mood states, anxiety, and insomnia; being the ideal partner for Ashwagandha.

This formula also contains L-Theanine, an amino acid with the potential to mitigate and prevent stress-related changes caused by the modern lifestyle. To enhance the action of GABA, we also include vitamin B6, which helps to increase its concentration in the brain, and Magnesium, a mineral with an agonist effect on its receptors.

It is the indicated supplement for:

  • Reduction of stress and anxiety levels.
  • Decreased sleep disturbances associated with stress.
  • Improved cognitive function.

How to use?

Take 2 capsules a day, 30 minutes before dinner or before going to bed. It can be taken for consecutive periods of 12-16 weeks, with breaks of at least 4-5 weeks before resuming.
