In the Pre-Workout Explosive, we added BCAA (essential to avoid muscle catabolism), Creatine (essential for training strength and explosives) and Beta-Alanine (combats muscle acidity and thus allows more intense and longer workouts). These will all be enhanced by the vasodilators AAKG and L-Citrulline malate (increase the incorporation of formula nutrients in the muscle).

How to use?
Take one serving (1 shallow measure - 50 g), 30 to 45 minutes before training. Add a shallow measure (50g) in 250 ml of moderately fresh water; mix well and take.
