Fruit Energy Bar
The Endurance Fruit Bars are indispensable bars for long-lasting exercise, even under higher temperature conditions.
This combines the natural sugars of the fruit with sugars of fast and intermediate absorption that will be released in different phases, allowing the replacement of blood glucose and the maintenance of energy levels for longer periods. As the training progresses, energy reserves, and especially sugars (glycogen) decrease, affecting blood glucose levels (blood sugar levels), and with this, the athlete’s general performance. This decrease is all the greater the intensity and duration of the exercise.
The decrease in glycogen reserves, associated with the decrease in glycemia leads to the onset of fatigue, easy tiredness, lack of motivation to continue to compete, lack of concentration, etc.
How to use?
Use one to two bars during training as an immediate source of energy. Drink plenty of water.
